Reach out and feel betterSo, just last week I wrote a post listing 25 ways to cope with stress.  And one of those ways was to help others, remember?  That’s why I was so tickled this morning when I came across this article by Greater Good.  It talks about a new study that found that helping others REALLY DOES help us.  We reap tremendous (maybe lifesaving) benefits from reaching out to help others.  So, here’s your homework assignment for the day:

  1. Go to Greater Good and read all about the new study.
  2. Find someone who could use a hand – and HELP.  Go out of your way for the benefit of someone else today.  You will feel better for it – both now and in the future!
